1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website or engaging EliteTech for aiwaSEC services, you agree to these Terms of Service and any separate commercial agreement signed between your organization and EliteTech.

2. Intellectual Property

The aiwaSEC software, source code, design, branding, workflow concepts, and website content are the property of EliteTech or its licensors. Client usage rights are defined by the applicable proposal, contract, or service agreement.

3. Acceptable Use

Clients must use aiwaSEC for lawful safety, compliance, reporting, and operational management purposes. The platform must not be used to conceal unsafe practices, falsify compliance records, or violate applicable laws or regulatory obligations.

4. Enterprise Engagement

aiwaSEC is scoped around client requirements. Features, hosting, support levels, implementation timelines, integrations, and deliverables are governed by the agreed commercial documentation.

5. Limitation of Liability

EliteTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages except where expressly stated in a signed agreement. Operational and regulatory decisions remain the responsibility of the client organization.
